Vegin’ Out on the radio

This little blog seems to connect with people all over the world. The growing number of hits blows me away. I’m constantly amazed by its reach and today was no different.

I was flattered to be contacted by a journalist at The Wire, a community radio current affairs program, requesting an interview about the International Veg Week Challenge.

Despite my nervousness I managed to bring up some good points. Although only a few comments made it to air, I’m quite pleased with the result. There were a number of people interviewed and it turned out to be quite an interesting piece which I’d love to share with you. Have a listen and let me know what you think!

A big thank you to everyone who has got in touch so far about the challenge. I’m thrilled to see so many of you getting involved! If you get stuck for ideas, here are some delicious recipes to help you in the kitchen.

Keep the comments coming, I’d love to hear how you’re veg week is going.
