My Monthly Loves is a regular feature where I share some things I’m digging on, and I invite y’all to do the same by joining in the link up.
Let’s go September!
1. Holiday buys
Having just returned from a food tour of Malaysia, it’s no surprise that most of the goodies I brought home are edible. I drank loads of ice lemon tea so I bought some from a tea plantation in the Cameron Highlands. I’m pumped to have my own stash of gula melaka (coconut sugar) and I’m excited to use pandan in a sweet treat. Stay tuned, folks.
2. New cookbook
As the owner of a Cuisine Companion, Thermo-Struck is one of my favourite new purchases. It’s suitable for all thermo machines, contains loads of recipes and because it’s by Kim McCosker, author of the 4 Ingredients series, they’re all quite simple and require minimal ingredients.
3. A new look
While I was away – in a non-English speaking country – I had a spontaneous hair chop. And not just a trim, I’ve gone SHORT. My locks have been lengthy for a while so I figured it was time for a change. It’s certainly taken a bit of getting used to but it’s quite refreshing to have a new look!
And now friends, it’s over to you – what goodies are you loving this month? Share the love by adding your blog or Instagram link or leave a comment below.
