Pies are great for when you don’t feel like cooking and you crave something hearty.
For a while I’ve been looking for stores with the Linda McCartney range so when I found the country pies at Thomas Dux, I couldn’t wait to try them.
Faux meat products can be a gamble because some are bland, rubbery or just bad. Linda’s pies are surprisingly tasty! Flaky pastry, chunky filling and not too much gravy.
As they also have a vegie mince (which I expect will be just as good as the pies), there are plenty of reasons to jump into the kitchen and whip something up so stay tuned!
Oh we bought some of these and had th pie last week. Was SO good
and Stud loved it because it tasted like meat.
