It’s the weekend friends and that means it’s time to treat yo-self with something healthy that tastes positively naughty.
This is another delicious treat inspired by Vegan Sparkles – dang that girl knows how to make a mean smoothie.
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 Tbs cacao powder
- 10 raw cashews
- 1 medjool date, pitted
- 1 tsp mesquite powder
- Pinch sea salt
- Handful of ice
- Whiz until smooth.
- Pour and enjoy!
- Top with shredded coconut and cacao nibs.
I’ll admit, I’m a little mad about smoothies right now. I’m loving having a healthy breakfast every day that I can even have on the go if I’m running late.
