Hello friends! Yikes, it’s nearly March already – where has the year gone? Sit back, take a little time out and grab a treat. Here are some suggestions in the snackadoo edition of what I’m into this month.
I came across these Leda cookies at a local supermarket and enjoyed them with the family as they are vegan and gluten free. Very moreish and reasonably priced.
2. On-the-go snacks
I’ve found Mrs May’s healthy vegan bites handy when I’m busy working and in need of a little snack. The pomegranate and raspberry crunch is great, I also love the cranberry blueberry crunch.
3. Healthy drinks
I’m not usually into soft drink as I turn into a total burp-fest (classy). I was sent these organic fermented drinks to try and they are pretty good. Bionade is low in sugar and doesn’t contain any artificial nasties. There are four fab flavours – lychee, herbs, elderberry and ginger orange.
4. Dairy-free chocolate
Got a sweet tooth? Then you’ll love these. Absolute Organic have a new range of dairy-free chocolates treats made with 70% cacao and these are just two of them. Ladies, these are just the right size for stashing in your handbag.
5. Asian savoury snacks
Kawaii! Alright, these are probably really bad for you and full of naughty flavour additives, but they make pretty tasty ‘in moderation’ substitutes for potato chips. The snow pea crisps are my favourite.
