There’s something fabulously rewarding about making a big flavoursome jar of your own tomato sauce, which you can use in a variety of dishes.
I’m a fan of whipping up this simple, chunky sauce to enjoy with pasta, pizza or baked vegetables – it also makes a great addition for dishes requiring a tomato sauce base.
