I’m having loads of fun with my blend-friend and it’s helped to finally get me in the habit of having breakfast every morning (I used to get by not eating until lunch time which is terribly unhealthy).
It’s so easy to make a fast, easy and healthy breakfast and I’m really enjoying playing with different flavours. Here are a few of the simple breakfast smoothies I’ve whizzed up over the past week.
1. Mango, raspberry, chia seeds, vanilla pea protein powder, coconut water and ice.
2. Banana, medjool dates, cacao powder, maca powder, coconut water and ice.
3. Mango, banana, moist coconut flakes, vanilla pea protein powder, flaxseed oil, coconut milk and ice.
With a freezer full of fruit and a pantry full of superfoods, I’ve many more combinations to try!
